10 ore al giorno senza sedersi e a malapena 6 ore di sonno nn sono il massimo, se ci metti poi ritmi serrati e cambiamenti improvvisi uniti ad un'alimentazione qualitativamente penosa capirai benissimo perchè ho detto quasi vivo.
comunque mi posso connettere solo una volta o due a settimana perchè per qualcosa come il giovedì sera e metà venerdì rimaniamo attraccati al porto di patrasso (come adesso che ti scrivo da un'internet point)
